Cancellation by Customer:

Cancellation by Champs Fuel:
Champs Fuel reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Insufficient stock availability
• Inaccurate product pricing or information
• Issues with the payment method If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified via email, and any payment made will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds:
  If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
• Rejected Returns:
  If your return does not meet the criteria for approval, we will notify you and send the product back to you. Shipping fees for rejected returns will be at your expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item in accordance with our return policy, and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5-7 working days of receipt. We may ask for photos or other proof of the defect. If the product is found to be defective, we will either:

• Offer a full refund, or
• Send a replacement product at no additional cost to you

Shipping and Handling Charges
